Adult Education Research Collection (AE Collection)

CAE was founded in 1947. It provides a library with an Adult Education Research Service that also hosts the national ACE (Adult and Community Education) Clearinghouse. The Clearinghouse indexes and abstracts documents about adult and community education research and activities. This data forms part of VOCED, the international UNESCO/NCVER database of technical and vocational education and training research at http://www.ncver.edu.au. The CAE Adult Education Research Service provides library resources and information about the history of Australian adult education and contemporary theory and practice in adult learning. It also has extensive resources in the field of adult literacy and English as a Second Language.
